Non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHLs) are the most common cancer to affect pet dogs. In contrast to the many genes whose mutation contributes to lymphomagenesis in humans, relatively little is known about the acquired genetic alterations that lead to canine B-cell lymphomas (cBCLs).
