WHAT IS KNOWN AND OBJECTIVE: Research on genetic factors associated with antitubercular drug-induced liver injuries (ATLI) has been reported. However, most of the research has focused on genetic polymorphisms of genes encoding metabolic enzymes, including NAT2, GST and CYP450.
