The transcriptional activator ManR of the Bacillus subtilis mannose utilization operon is composed of an N-terminal DNA-binding domain, two phosphotransferase system (PTS) regulation domains (PRDs), an EIIB(Bgl) - and an EIIA(Fru) -like domain.
