Neuroblastic tumors (NTs) include the neuroblastomas, ganglioneuroblastomas and ganglioneuromas. We have reported previously that the calcium-sensing receptor is expressed in differentiated, favorable NTs but almost undetectable in unfavorable neuroblastomas.
