OBJECTIVES: Antinuclear antibodies (ANA) are a common feature of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Herein, we investigate the relationship between ANA and polymorphism in the tumour necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) genes.
