Neuroimaging studies of familial Alzheimer's disease allow investigation of the disease process before clinical onset. We performed semi-automated MRI analysis to evaluate cortical thickness (CTh), grey matter (GM) volumes, and GM diffusivity indexes in PSEN1 mutation carriers (MC).
