The innate immune receptor Toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) can be present on the surface of the plasma membranes of cells and in endolysosomes. The Unc93b1 protein has been reported to facilitate localization of TLR7 and 9 and is required for TLR3, -7, and -9 signaling.
