We investigated the dynamics of expression for morphological transformation, for anchorage-independently growing (Anch-) cells and for mutation at the hypoxanthine guanine phosphoribosyl transferase (HGPRT) locus in X-irradiated Syrian golden hamster embryo (SHE) cells.
