Two promoter polymorphisms of the high-affinity IgE receptor alpha-subunit (FcepsilonRIalpha) gene (FCER1A), -66T>C (rs2251746) and -315C>T (rs2427827), were analysed in Japanese atopic dermatitis subjects.
