OBJECTIVE: To survey the frequencies and characteristics of polymorphism of seven genes coding drug-metabolizing enzymes in a Han Chinese population. METHODS: Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood in 1382 unrelated Han Chinese volunteers.
