Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a multifactorial disease that involves both lifestyle and genetic factors. To identify single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with sporadic CRC, we used pooled DNA samples representing 230 cases with sporadic CRC and 540 controls.
