Accumulation of mutant Huntingtin (Htt), especially the N-terminal-cleaved Htt, participates in the pathophysiology of Huntington's disease (HD). It is difficult to elucidate temporal properties of the translocation of "endogenous" Htt using autopsy HD patient brains.
