Male C3H/He, B6C3F1 and C57BL/6J mice were given a single injection of diethylnitrosamine (20 micrograms/g body wt) on day 15 after birth and animals were killed 17-29 (C3H/He and B6C3F1) and 29-46 weeks (C57BL/6J) after treatment.
