We determined expression levels of hepatic cytochrome P450 (CYP) 2E1, 2B1/2 and 4B1 enzymes in aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 (Aldh2) +/+ and Aldh2 -/- mice by immunoblotting assay following subchronic ethanol exposure for eight days.
