AIM: To determine the mechanisms of interactions between different drugs and HERG channels. METHODS: Various antiarrhythmic (dofetilide, quinidine, azimilide, RP58866) and non-antiarrhythmic (terfenadine, nicotine) agents were used on HERG channels expressed in Xenopus oocyte.
