We have performed molecular dynamics (MD) simulations, with particle-mesh Ewald, explicit waters, and counterions, and binding specificity analyses using combined molecular mechanics and continuum solvent (MM-PBSA) on the bovine immunodeficiency virus (BIV) Tat peptide-TAR RNA complex.
