OBJECTIVE: Inhibitory effect of insulin like growth factor II (IGF-II) antisense RNA on malignant phenotype of hepatic cancer cells was studied. METHODS: A 0.1 kb cDNA of human IGF-II was reversely inserted into a eukaryotic expression vector of pcDNA3 and an IGF-II antisense RNA expression vector of pIGF-II As was obtained.
