B cells in skin lesions of a pleomorphic cutaneous T-cell lymphoma with reactive germinal center hyperplasia were analyzed for their immunoglobulin V(H)DJ(H) gene rearrangements by micromanipulation and single cell polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis.
