Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Carcinomas (PanNECs) are high-grade, poorly-differentiated tumors grouped together with Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (PanNETs) and placed within the Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (PanNENs) WHO tumor classification.
