<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Glioblastoma is an aggressive and incurable type of brain cancer. Regions of tissue necrosis are a distinctive pathological feature of this cancer. These arise through thrombosis of tumor vasculature, driven by tumor-derived pro-coagulation factors.
