<h4>Summary</h4> The landscape of structural variants (SVs) in multiple myeloma remains poorly understood. Here, we performed comprehensive classification and analysis of SVs in multiple myeloma, interrogating a large cohort of 762 patients with whole genome and RNA sequencing.
