<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Loss-of-function mutations in human endosomal Na + (K + )/H + Exchangers (NHEs) NHE6 and NHE9 are implicated in neurological disorders including Christianson Syndrome, autism and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
