<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> INPP5D , which encodes SHIP1, is genetically associated with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) risk and regulates microglial immune function. Here we identified SHIP1 as a regulator of endo-lysosomal homeostasis in human microglia.
