Five major antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) in &lt;i&gt;Drosophila&lt;/i&gt; are induced in &lt;i&gt;multiple sex combs&lt;/i&gt; (&lt;i&gt;mxc&lt;/i&gt;) mutant larvae harboring lymph gland (LG) tumors and exhibit anti-tumor effects.
