<title>Abstract</title> The RNA-sequencing data from the Japanese Children’s Cancer Group (JCCG)’s AML-05 study was re-analyzed to clarify the mechanisms related to high <italic>PRDM16</italic> expressions, which is independently associated with adverse outcomes.
