Combined small-cell lung cancer (cSCLC) is a rare and aggressive subtype of small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) characterized by mixed histology comprising SCLC and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) or large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) components.
