Noonan syndrome (NS) and Neurofibromatosis type-1 (NF1) are genetic conditions linked to pathogenic variants in genes of the Ras-MAPK signaling pathway. Both conditions hyperactivate signaling of the Ras pathway and exhibit a high prevalence of neuropsychiatric disorders.
