<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> <h4>Background</h4> The most common cause of early-onset familial Alzheimer’s disease (EOfAD) is mutations in PRESENILIN 1 ( PSEN1 ) allowing production of mRNAs encoding full-length, but mutant, proteins.
