<title>Abstract</title> <p>Whole genome copy number alterations, targeted gene-panel and RNA sequencing were used to investigate differences in high hyperdiploid (HH) B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), with and without whole chromosome uniparental isodisomy (wUPD).
