<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Dysregulation of cellular differentiation is a hallmark of cancer. Isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) is commonly mutated multiple cancers including glioma, cholangiocarcinoma, lymphoma and Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML).
