<h4>SUMMARY</h4> Brugada syndrome (BrS) is a rare cardiac arrhythmic disorder with high risk of sudden cardiac death. Recent advances have identified more than 20 risk loci with complex inheritance suggesting a polygenic model for BrS inheritance.
