This study assessed the microbial quality of selected smoked fish: Thunnus spp .[tuna], Oreochromis niloticus [tilapia], Clarias gariepinus [catfish], Clupea harengus [herring], and Salmo salar [salmon] commonly sold and consumed in the main markets of the Sekyere Enclave of the Ashanti Region, Ghana.
