<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Glioblastoma (GBM) is a highly aggressive brain tumor with a five-year survival rate of less than 5%. The current standard of care established 20 years ago includes maximal surgical resection and administration of alkylating agent temozolomide (TMZ).
