Epithelioid sarcoma (EpS) is an ultra-rare, aggressive soft tissue sarcoma (STS) driven by loss of the tumor suppressor INI1, encoded by <italic>SMARCB1</italic> , which triggers hyperactivation of the chromatin-modifying enzyme EZH2.
