<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Creatine (Cr) is a nitrogenous organic acid and plays roles as fast phosphate energy buffer to replenish ATP, osmolyte, antioxidant, neuromodulator, and as a compound with anabolic and ergogenic properties in muscle.
