<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Clonal hematopoiesis (CH) is frequent in cancer patients and associated with increased risk of therapy related myeloid neoplasms (tMN). To define the relationship between CH, oncologic therapy, and tMN progression, we studied 24,439 cancer patients.
