<title>Abstract</title> <p> Huntington’s disease (HD) is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by an expanded trinucleotide repeat in the huntingtin gene ( <italic>HTT</italic> ) that subsequently leads to aggregation of the mutant huntingtin (mHTT) protein.
