The protective correlates of Mycobacterium tuberculosis ( Mtb ) infection-elicited host immune responses are incompletely understood. Here, we report pro-pathogenic crosstalk involving Ly6G + granulocytes (Ly6G + Gra), IL-17 and COX2.
