<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Fumarate Hydratase (FH) is a mitochondrial enzyme that catalyses the reversible hydration of fumarate to malate in the TCA cycle. Germline mutations of FH lead to HLRCC, a cancer syndrome characterised by a highly aggressive form of renal cancer( 1 ).
