Human Leucocyte Antigen (HLA) A, B, C, DR, DQ and DP locus alleles in 35 Chinese patients with Graves' disease and 80 controls were typed for using serological and DNA polymerase chain reaction/sequence specific oligonucleotide (PCR/SSO) methods.
