cis-Diamminedichloroplatinum(II) (cis-DDP) and cis,trans,cis-ammine(cyclohexylamine)-dibutyratodichloroplatinu m(IV) (ACDDP) are anticancer drugs that bind to DNA, forming replication blocking adducts.
