We analysed for loss of alleles on chromosome 10, 25 astrocytomas, 3 ependymomas, 2 medulloblastomas, 2 juvenile pilocytic astrocytomas, 2 gangliogliomas, 1 subependymal giant cell astrocytoma and 1 anaplastic oligoastrocytoma.
