Hepatic microsomes from immature and sexually mature male and female ACI/SEGHsd, F344/NHsd, SHR/NHsd, and WKY/NCrl inbred rats were used to study cytochrome P450 (P450)-catalyzed oxidations of progesterone and both enantiomers of warfarin.
