Gliomas are among the most lethal cancers, with limited treatment options. To uncover hallmarks of therapeutic escape and tumor microenvironment (TME) landscape, we applied spatial proteomics, transcriptomics, and glycomics to 670 lesions from 310 adult and pediatric patients.
