The fight against lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is challenged by tumor microenvironment (TME)-mediated drug resistance, which limits effective treatment. This study examines the LUAD TME and identifies four distinct subtypes through multi-omics profiling: immune-rich, immune-exhausted, stromal-dominant, and TME-desert.
