MYB fusions are recurrently found in select cancers, including blastic plasmacytoid DC neoplasm (BPDCN), an acute leukemia with poor prognosis. They are markedly enriched in BPDCN compared with other blood cancers and, in some patients, are the only obvious somatic mutation detected.
