PURPOSE: Current clinical challenges in Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) include difficult-to-treat relapsed/refractory disease and considerable long-term toxicities of treatment. Since clinical risk factors lack discriminatory power, intensity of therapy is mainly based on tumor burden.
