BACKGROUND/AIM: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the central nervous system (CNS-DLBCL) is an aggressive B-cell lymphoma with clinical and molecular heterogeneity. Primary CNS-DLBCL (PCNSL) affects the brain, eyes, leptomeninges, or spinal cord without systemic involvement.
