The BCL6-corepressor (BCOR) is a tumor-suppressor gene located on the short arm of chromosome X. Data are limited regarding factors predicting survival in BCOR-mutated (mBCOR) acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
