Dimeric IgA (dIgA) can move through cells via the IgA/IgM polymeric immunoglobulin receptor (PIGR), which is expressed mainly on mucosal epithelia. Here, we studied the ability of dIgA to target commonly mutated cytoplasmic oncodrivers.
